A complimentary awesomeness of cats post as I spent today traipsing about an animal sanctuary with my best friend stroking kittens, running from wrinkly necked turkeys and cooing over caramel covered bunnies.

I am a cat person. I have a cat soul. My nickname is Neko and my cat's name is Nusa. I have had her since I was 11. These long eight years she has been my little companion and I would not trade her for another feline. She drinks from the tap, rides people's shoulders like they are buses and plays fetch with foil from Kit Kats. I wish that she could live forever and travel through life with me like a good friend should. I try to imagine how she would speak if she were human but she is too much of a cat. She has no feline grace or poise. She is clumsy and childish and dark and adorable. I love her too much and miss her like hell as she lives with my dad. Come back to me in your white socks my black white nosed cat.

My name is Jasmin but I've always liked boys with girls' names and names that end in -ie.
I'm an insomniac. I like to stay up late to watch the sky change from blue to black to beige and blue again. I'm a critically indecisive realist whose in love with the little things. I enjoy writing lists and schedules but never stick to them. I want to learn to do a million things like speak Swedish, play guitar, skateboard, hula hoop and play poker.
